Ingredients

Whole egg
½ oz. Demerara
½ oz. cream
¼ oz. branca menta
¼ oz. Bittermens New Orleans coffee liqueur
1 ½ oz. Cardinal Mendoza
Cocoa powder, for garnish
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a wine glass. Top with cocoa powder.
