Ingredients

  • 1 oz Kasama rum
  • 1 oz Mr. Black coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz demerara syrup
  • 1 oz espresso
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch maldon salt

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Combine all ingredients in the shaker and shake vigorously until the surface feels chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Garnish the drink with coffee beans, if you have them on hand.
