Mezcal Apricot Spritz

- 0.5 tsp Bigallet Thym liqueur
- 0.25 oz Lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Honey syrup
- 0.25 oz Gifford Apricot liqueur
- 0.5 oz Lillet Blanc
- 0.75 oz Mezcal
- 3 oz Badger Club Soda
Instructions
- Whip shake all ingredients other than the club soda.
- Pour over single ice cube.
- Top with club soda.
- Garnish with fresh thyme and dried apricots.
